Thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in volunteering and helping out!

What we are looking for right now are people who can canvass for us, so to speak, in the next few weeks. We need some charismatic and/or outgoing people to talk to local businesses and individuals about the HHC and the events coming up in October. Our goal is to get as many sponsors, participants, and attendees involved as possible.

Many of you are asking the same questions, and I wanted to create a place for you to go if you have basic questions about the event which you may share with others, so here is our "Frequently Asked Question" section.

Q: If my company sponsors a game, do I have to provide attendants?
A: No, our volunteers are taking care of the games. What we need from you is your logo and company name for our website, the radio, and the game booth you are sponsoring.

Q: I have a small business and would like to be a part of the event. How do I do that?

As you know, sponsorships are available in the store on our site.

If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring the Golf Tournament, A Fair to Remember, or the Hoe - down of splendor, please contact Madison@healthyheartclub.org right away. We are sending out physical invitations in the next few days and we'd like to get as many sponsors on the invitations as possible.

If you would like to be a part of our event, we have sponsorships available anywhere between $250 and $30,000.

Hello, all! As you may have heard, the date for ticket sales is fast approaching, but fear not! Our cap is much larger this year, so you should have plenty of time to purchase your tickets for A Fair to Remember. Information on tickets prices will be up Thursday, July 15th.

As you can see, we are working on getting information about the VIP weekend up on the site. Some things have been changed around in order to make it easier for you to access the information.

Ladies and Gents, mark your calendars, the official dates for the 2010 HHC VIP Weekend are October 9 - 11!

We have so much in store for you all this year! In addition to our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament to be held at White Columns Country Club on the 11th, we will be having ::drum-roll, please:: ...

Our very first HHC Carnival! That's right, a carnival! Come party with us in style, as is done in old Southern Tradition!

The event will take place at Wills Park in Alpharetta, GA. (About 10 minutes away from White Columns)
