To answer a few of your questions:

Pre-ordering will start at noon on the 1st.
The VIP dinner is going to be Hollywood themed, so it will be dress- up but not black tie. You can come in theme if you want as well.

Pre-registration is limited to one ticket per person, so each person will need to register online for their ticket. Also, there are 40 spots available for gallery A, and gallery B (each, that's 80 in all).

And, "paint" is what you think it means! There will be a painting activity on the green which will be something fun to do in addition to walking around.

You won't pay anything until the actual ticket sales; pre-registration is just a way to let me know you want to come, and gives you a better chance of buying tickets!
