A Solution to the Problem

As I was processing all of your emails, an interesting thing happened; all of the orders came through, but the times are completely messed up. This has put many of you, and me, in disarray.

There were a few reasons your orders wouldn't process:
1- Due to the high volume of everyone ordering at once, the site was overwhelmed
2- Because of the zero balance, some of the orders were unable to go through, and there is no way to correctly process the "pre-orders"

I want to be fair to everyone, and since the website is telling me you all ordered at the same time, we need to fix this somehow.
So, as a solution to our problem, here's what we're going to do:

Friday, April Tenth will be Online Sales, or Pre-registration. What that means is, you're getting a special price online that you wouldn't get if you bought the tickets after May 15th.

The pre-sale today did help me out with one thing: I got a good idea of out head count, and as of now, we're doing fine as far as ticket availability goes.

That being said:

- Combination Tickets (Walking the Gallery AND the VIP dinner) will be $230 until May 15th. After May 15th, they will be regular priced ($75 for Gallery Tickets, $180 for the VIP Dinner)

- If you would like to sit with certain people at the VIP Dinner, let me know. If you've told me already, I've documented it.

- Also, I know some of you are thinking Gallery A or B is "better", so we've figured out how to fix that problem!
- Gallery A will walk holes 1- 9 WITH BRIAN
- Gallery B will walk holes 10 - 18 WITH BRIAN
When you aren't walking, we'll have Painting on the Green.

I know some of you were concerned about a Meet and Greet; the VIP Dinner will be a great time to socialize with one another, as well as Brian and Leighanne (and me), etc. Also, we have some really great entertainment lined up; it's going to be a lot of fun!

There is an age limit for the VIP Dinner: You must be 18 to attend.

All of that taken into consideration, I'm sorry for all the confusion.
Tickets will go on pre-sale (special priced) on April 10th, at 12pm, and will then go to regular price on May 15th. You will purchase the tickets at that time. I will make sure the shipping portion of the site works as well, so we don't have another issue like the one from today.
